Red Beans and Rice

My apologies that this was not up on Tuesday like promised... better late than never:)

I don't really have a recipe... I just do what my sister in law says to do:) So this recipe here is about the closest I found to mine. Below are the prices of the ingrediants:

Well the quick of it is my little one has ear infection #3 and my oldest has just turned 3 with a vengeance. So if I am not holding and cuddling the 1 I am disciplining the other and that does not leave me much time to blog at the current moment.

Oh and did I mention my children have been up at 6:00 a.m. the past 2 mornings... good thing I get up at 5:30 so the coffee has kicked in by then:)

I am getting to work on Hy-Vee right now but no promises:)

Menu Plan Monday

Well now that birthday week is over it is time for some normalcy around here again (and less sugar!) Here is our week...red beans and rice carries over because I never got to it. Probably because I know there will be a fight with the 3 year old about it:)

Sunday: Ritzy chicken with steamed broccoli
Monday: Cheeseburger rolls with broccoli salad (Check out how my friend Hannah makes these over here... pretty creative!)
Tuesday: Red Beans and rice with bread
Wednesday: Beef Potato Bake with green beans
Thursday: Left overs
Friday: Pizza with veggies and dip

I will post the recipe I use for red beans and rice tomorrow!
