CVS: Pampers Deal?

I have ready many places about this Pampers deal that is supposed to start tomorrow at CVS stores.

The ad on CVS.com reads that starting tomorrow Pampers jumbo packs are on sale for 8.99/1 and you get 5 EB back. There are $2/1 coupons in the P&G saver book (had to send in for this a long time ago) or $1/1 coupons coming out in tomorrow's inserts. If this deal does work you can pay very little for diapers!
  • Buy 1 jumbo pack of Pampers=8.99
  • Use $2/1 or $1/1 coupon
  • Total OOP=6.99-7.99
Get 5 EB back making these packs only 1.99-2.99 per jumbo pack!

**Note the Pampers are priced 8.99 in the ad, but the ad does not mention the EB deal. The only place that mentions this is CVS's website. I would assume from that that this deal is legit, but do so at your own risk!**

Be sure to see other CVS deals this week here and here!

Dillons: Diaper Sale!

Over at 21st and Belle Dillons they have a whole TON of diapers marked down in their clearance section! There are Huggies, Pampers and even Kroger Comforts brand!

When I was there yesterday they told me they had much more in the back so if you go today and it looks like slim pickings make sure to ask someone if there are any more in the back. Oh, and be sure to take your coupons with you to get some really good deals!!!

For me personally after coupons I got 5 packages of Huggies Diapers/Pull-ups for around $10 (before Caregiver's Marketplace rebate) and 1 Mega pack of Kroger Comforts for $3.50!

Saving on Summer "Stuff"

You can see this post along with all of the other fun events going in Topeka over at TopekaKidsRock.com today!

Saving on Summer "Stuff"

As many of know already know I am an avid bargain shopper refusing to pay full price for anything! The more frugal I become the more I learn to pay attention to when certain sales are. Did you know that many stores start to clearance their summer items in mid-late June?! If you are like me it is worth it to wait for the sales considering that around here summer runs at least through August! Holding out a few more weeks to buy more summer clothing, sandals and even outdoor water and play toys you will save you a lot of money!

I specifically wanted to bring this information to everyone's attention after I read this great blog post here! Baby Cheapskate has done her research and can tell you what sales to look for and when certain stores start to clearance their summer items. Be sure to check it out!

Happy Thursday!
