Okay I am hearing mixed reviews about this Huggies diaper deal at Dillons. Some say it is a good deal and others say it is not. Here is my take.
Anytime you can get PREMIUM diapers for less than .20 a diaper it is a good deal! I usually try and only pay .15 per premium diaper since I don't mind using generic and that is what I can get generic for. Each person is different though.
So having said that, the Huggies Deal at Dillons is pretty good if you have the right coupons! Here are some scenarios:
Buy 2 packages of Huggies diapers at $8.99 each=$17.98
Use 2 $3/1 coupons
Get $3 off your total instantly for purchasing $15 worth of Huggies
Final Price after coupons and promo= $8.98 or only $4.49/pack.
If you are buying size 5 (26 diapers in a snug and dry pack) that is only $.17 a diaper. Any size lower than that will be cheaper per diaper because there are more diapers to a package. I believe size 3s will only be $.13!!!!
Buy 3 Huggies Little Swimmers at $5.99/1=17.97
Use 3 $1.50/1 coupons
Get $3 off your total instantly for purchasing $15 worth of Huggies
Final Price after coupons and promo=8.97 or only $3.49/pack
That is about as good as you are going to get for swim diapers! So unless you want to pay FULL price in the middle of the summer, I would stock up NOW!
If you know prices on wipes will you let me know because those might be worth it as well! Thanks!

Last night I went to the Dillons on 21st and Fairlawn. Wipes were 2/$5. I bought 6 tubs = $15 - $3 then used 3 $2/2 coupons. I also had a $0.50 cellfire coupon, so my total was $6.40. The scenario of buying the tubs with the refill wasn't a good deal the refills are $5.99.
The tubs of wipes are on sale for $2.50 ... buy 6 for $15, minus $3 discount = $12, then used 2x "$2 off 2 wipes" coupons, plus 2x "$.50 off 1" (doubles to $1). 6 tubs of 72 count wipes for $6.00 (plus $.69 tax in Wichita.
I believe the big refill packs of wipes were on sale for $5.99
I think $4.49 a pack is a good deal, especially if you printed out those $3 coupons, since they will expire soon. Mine expire 5/28, and looking ahead at the deals at CVS and Walgreens, the only thing that compares is to buy Huggies at Walgreens beginning this Sunday. The sale there is 2/$18 - $3 rr = $15. If you use 2 $3 mfs, that would be $9, or $4.50 each, which is the same as the Dillons sale. At Dillons you can get gas rewards, but at Walgreens you may need to roll your register rewards. CVS has Huggies for $9.99 and Pampers for $8.99 next week.
I'm just seeing this and it's the 27th. Is the deal still going on where you get $3 off? Or did I miss it? Thanks for all your hard work!
This deal is going through next Tuesday June 1st!
