I have been having a difficult time claiming the SB's when I do the search....it has me type a three letter code to claim it, but every time I do, it just gives me a new code to type. I have missed out on a lot b/c after I keep trying it will expire my SB's. I've tried all caps, lowercase, mixed, etc. Have you had any problems w/this?
