When I called, They told me that you have to spend so many hundred dollars to get the coupons. They just do not send them to everyone.
That is what they told me too even though I had my card for 5 + years at the time I called. The lady said "oh" and then I started getting the coupons. You should get card specific coupons no matter the $ amount you spend at the store. Lord knows that in the past year I have maybe spent $600 at that store.
