Apple Market 4/14-4/20

I just got an email from a Ray's Apple Market Shopper in Manhattan, KS. She says that Rays is now doubling all coupons up to and not to exceed $1 in value. So that means any coupons ranging from .$50-$.99 in value will be double to $1.

As far as I know our Topeka store still only doubles coupons that are .50 or less in value. If that has changed will you please let me know?

Here are the best prices I see. My goal is to find the BEST deals possible. I do that by comparing prices to the Aldi price because I believe that if you can beat the Aldi price or come close you know you are getting a GREAT DEAL!

PIlgram's Pride Whole Chicken Fryers=.68/lb.

Family Pack of boneless pork chops=$1.98/lb.

Is the Ray's double coupon deal brand new? I was in last week (at the downtown store) and my checker wouldn't double any coupon over 50 cents. Is it only for the new store on the west side of town?

I am pretty sure it is brand new... but not sure how new. It could only be for the westside.

The email I received from Ray's about the coupons doubling up to a dollar said it was starting Monday the 12th. It did not specify the Manhattan store so I am assuming it is all Ray's.

I think manhattan Apple Markets are "Rays" Ours here in Topeka are not and their weekly ad still shows the .50 or less coupon policy. I am going to guess that this is just for you Manhattan folk.

baby carrots are actually on sale at Aldi for 49 cents and Salad mix is on sale for 39 cents a bag:)

Louis Rich ground turkey is on sale for $1 each this week. Even without a coupon, that makes it cheaper than Aldi's. Well, at least my Aldi's in Independence. It runs about 1.29 there.

Found another deal. Hunts Ketchup is $1 each. Coupon from April All You for $1/2 makes them $0.50 each and they would count for the ConAgra Rebate.

I also found a Juicy Juice Q at http://www.juicyjuice.com/Special-Offers/Default.aspx. It was $1/2 which would make the Juicy Juice $1.50 each. I can't remember how much it runs at Aldis, but if it's pretty close and saves me an extra trip, then I'll take it! :-)

I think MO must be a little different than the KS ads, however, because for instance, I don't see the Blue Bonnet anywhere on mine.

Thanks for all the work you do!
