My co-worker got a little extra flyer with her Hyvee insert in Lawrence that said there is a 6 hour sale on Thursday night.
Does anyone have info on this?

The cereal worked out good for me...I think. I got 2 boxes of Chex cereal (I will use to make chex mix around xmas time) for $3.09 each, 2 boxes of Reese's Puffs that were $4.59 each, and 2 boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios were $4.59 each. I had 3 coupons from 9/27 for $1.00/2 boxes. Then got the $10 instant rebate. In MO it prints a coupon for $6.00 of future purchase which I used to buy 2 gallons of milk. Some of the boxes are specially marked that if you buy 2 you get to go online and print off a coupon for a free movie admission worth up to $12.50. So...OOP I spent $11.54 and then did a seperate transaction and got the milk for 18 cents oop. Then printed off 2 free adult movie tickets. It is good at most theaters near me. You can go to www.generalmills.com/moviecash to see details. I think that works out great.

Pillsbury crescent rolls (small 4 oz size) $1. I used 4 $1 printables and got them free. And a $2.00 catalina printed out courtesy of Pillsbury!

Jolly Time popcorn $1 - .50 mf = .50.

Sara Lee Bread $1.88 - .50 Hy-Vee coupon from $5 savings book.

I did the cereal deal too! I got 2 Boo Berry at $2.49, 2 Count Chocula at $2.49 and 2 Strawberry Chex at $2.99. Paid $15.94 - $10.00 savings - 3 $1/2 mf = $2.94. I got the $6.00 catalina towards milk, so it's like getting paid $3.02 for 6 cereals and $6.00 worth of milk! I think I may go back and do it again tomorrow along with the 6 hour sale.

I did the cereal deal today, and the way it worked was I bought 2 boxes of Cinnamon Toast Crunch @ $2.99 ea., 1 box of Cocoa Puffs @ $2.99,1 box of Kix @ $3.49 and 2 boxes of Lucky Charms @ $2.49 ea. I used coupons for each of these totaling $3.60, then they took off the $10, giving me the total of $3.84, THEN, a Catalina of $6 from General Mills printed for free milk! I went back and got two gallons, for which I received 19 cents back in change too.

There is a $1.00 printable coupon for Total cereal on www.moneysavingmom.com and www.commonsensewithmoney.com

Wheat Thins are on sale for $1.98 and there were some printables for $2.00 and $1.00 a few weeks ago. Makes them free or just .98!

Maybe I'll see some of you at 4:00 pm!
