Monday: Hamburger Potato casserole/spinach salad/bread
Tuesday: Spinach bacon pasta toss (didn't get to this last week)/orange slices
Wednesday: Salsa Chicken over rice/apple slices
Thursday:Beef Stew/homemade bread
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: ?

We had your Hamburger potato casserole last night (with casserole sauce in place of the can of cream whatever soup :). It was delicious! There's a picture on my blog. :)
