Weekly Trip

We didn't need much this week since I was well stocked for things I need for next week's menu plan. We also still have a plethora of fresh apples and oranges from my shopping at the begging of last week. Here is what I got:

Dillons:
Milk=2.97
1 loaf of bread on MS for .69
1.5lbs. of fresh peaches(total of 5)=2.00
1.5 lbs of bananas=.70
-1.50/your next purchase coupon
-1/$3 produce coupon from Dillons
Total= 4.33!

Aldi:
1 stalk of celery=.79
2 packages of fresh broccoli (2 crowns per pack for a total of 4 crowns)=1.98
1 bag of tortilla chips=.99
1 package of green peppers (total of 2 peppers)=.99
1 avocado=.99
1 dozen large eggs=1.09
1 package of pepperoni=1.99
1 tub of shortening=3.29
Total=13.08

Total for the week is 17.41! I love weeks like this and it makes me thankful for the sales that I have used to stock up! When I do my weekly CVS run I will probably stop by Hy-Vee as well for some grapes and kiwi!

Dillons 29th and Urish:

Horizon Organic Gallon Milk - MS $2.99 (normally $5.99!) They must be trying to get people to buy this stuff, because almost all of them had MS stickers on them, yet the expiration date was 8/26! I bought 3! This is the same price as Dillons milk.
Also, the Horizon Organic half-gallon of chocolate milk was on sale for $2.09, and I used two $1.00 coupons from the manufacturer's website to get 2 at $1.09 each! I went home and my hubby and I almost finished one of them as we watched the Olympics! I love milk!

I got the chuck roast B1G1Free and used a $2/$7 meat purchase cpn.
got frozen veggies $1

Dannon Light & Fit yogurt 4 pack $2 - $1 coupon = $1! Bought 2

Kroger grape jam and jelly on sale for .88 each! 32 ounces!

Also did the Gerber deal - buy $20, get $5 off, and used multiple coupons from mailers.

Did the organic rebate for a 2nd time. Buy $20 and get $10 Barnes & Noble gc. Bought 6 organic Maranatha peanut butters. MMMMMMM!!!!

Dillons on Fairlawn and 21st has quite a few Ocello sponges marked down to .49 in the clearance rack. There is a coupon for $1 off of 2, making these free. There was quite a few other type of sponges and cleaning items too.
Also, there is a coupon on shortcuts.com for $1 off of any Private Select Organic item; the canned beans are $1.
