I know for sure the Dillons at 10th and Gage in Topeka is participating in this. Be sure to contact your local Dillons to see if they are hosting a kids day!
Kid's Day at Dillons is this Saturday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. There will be cookie decorating, a coloring contest and pin the tale on the rabbit! Also at 11:00 and 2:00 there will be Easter egg hunts!

Just called 29th & Urish. They are doing a Sample Fest geared toward kids from 10-5 tomorrow, but none of the other kid activities you mentioned. So go to 10th & Gage for fun, and 29th & Urish for food! :)
