Sweet Potato Fries!

***This is a before picture***

I had never even heard of these until my husband ordered them at a restaurant in Manhattan, KS one day! I looked at him like he was crazy and then after I tried one I realized why he loved them so much. So I have then since come up with my own version of sweet potato fries:

Sweet Potato Fries: Serves 4

4-5 medium sized sweet potatoes
Olive Oil
Salt

All you do is cut the potatoes into a steak fry shape. Coat them real good with olive oil and put on a pan in the oven at 400 degrees. Cook for about 10-15 minutes and then turn. Continue cooking until they are done to your liking. Pull them out and salt and serve with honey mustard dip! YUM!

I don't know if anyone will check this since the post is a few months old, but I love sweet potato fries!
I like to use a spicy seasoning like Mrs.Dash southwest chipotle.
