If I remember right, it said that they would only double the first coupon for an item. And that if you use an e-coupon on your dillons card, you cannot use a paper coupon. I had about six coupons that the register rejected. There was nothing in the circular about the new coupon policy. At some point, I was told, that they were putting a system in place to prevent stacking of e-coupons and paper coupons. The cashier asked his manager if i could use it (it was the only coupon i had) and the manager said no, because it was expired.
