Flameless Candle not working

I went to 2 seperate Dillons stores in Topeka tonight and the Flame less candle deal did not work. Has anybody found it to work?

    No catalinas this morning for me either! I did get $4 for the glade warmers though.

    ***I went to the Dillons at 21st and Fairlawn.

    The Dillons in Manhattan wasn't running this deal, either. I was so disappointed!
